Booking Fees

Please note that all booking fees for gig/club nights must be paid before 2 weeks of the event date latest. This is to ensure a hold on your booking date, failure to make payments in time may result in your booking being cancelled.

Zanzibar incurs cost for staffing and lost business if an event is cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date. Therefore, we can’t issue refunds for any hire fee if an event is cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to event date.

4pm Load in/Sound Check

7pm Doors and 10:30pm curfew.

Special Access Hire fee is £200

Includes the house sound tech from load in to pack up.

The venue is 18+Door

(Unless organised with management in advance)

Tickets

Tickets and ticket staff are your responsibility as we do not take a cut of tickets. If you need a ticket handler on the night of the gig please let us know. We can then source a 3rd party who charge £10ph.
